Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you can easily track its progress using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Simply follow the steps below to track your package:

  1. Locate Your Tracking Number: Check your email for the order confirmation message from The Rug Market. In this email, you will find your unique tracking number.

  2. Visit the Carrier's Website: Click on the appropriate link below to be directed to the tracking page of the shipping carrier:
    o Track with UPS: Track with UPS
    o Track with FedEx: Track with FedEx

  3. Enter Your Tracking Number: Once you're on the carrier's tracking page, enter your tracking number into the designated field and click "Track" or press Enter.

  4. View Your Shipment Status: After entering your tracking number, you'll be able to view the current status and location of your package. You can see when it was shipped, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered.

  5. Delivery Updates: Depending on your preferences, you may also receive delivery updates via email or text message from the shipping carrier. This will keep you informed about the estimated delivery date and any changes to the delivery schedule.
