30-DAY RETURN POLICY
All of our orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and cancellations must be submitted before your order ships by calling customer service (310) 841-0111. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours, we will make our best efforts to cancel the order and will respond to your cancellation request. If your order has already been placed in production or shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed at therugmarket.com. We will accept returns of new, unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please call our customer service department (310) 841-0111 to request a Return Authorization number (RA#). The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any concealed or obvious damage, shortage or losses must be reported to our Customer Service Department immediately at (310) 841-0111 to make arrangements for replacement or credit. We will only accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. All claims concerning damages or lost goods during shipping must be made by the customer within 7 business days after delivery.
